Paul Marsden

As Head of Health and Safety for SUEZ recycling and recovery UK, Paul has been instrumental in driving forward a transformational behavioural change program ‘Safety in Mind’, which has led to a positively strong and inclusive culture embedded throughout our organisation.

Since joining SUEZ in 2004 he has held a variety of operational roles across a range of activities starting off his career as a front line operative assisting and promoting recycling with members of the public, moving onto supervisory and managerial roles responsible for the overall service provision. Paul is a key player in raising the profile of health and safety within the recycling and recovery sector, representing SUEZ on strategic groups such as ESA and WISH, and leading groups producing industry guidance published and endorsed by the Health and Safety Executive.
